Japara Quality Aged Care Homes & Retirement Living – dealing with

Japara’s website – japara.com.au.

From their website.

On Wed. 3 Jul. 2019, at 1.25 pm, Japara’s email form, (an ordinary email address for them couldn’t be found,) was used to make an enquiry. Virtually straight away, an automated response was received, the relevant part of which is this.

To give credit where credit is due, this automated response includes the text of what was sent to them, which often doesn’t happen – we HATE it when automated responses don’t do this, which is mostly what happens, especially with Government organisations, like the NSW HCCC etc. etc. All you get is an acknowledgement that an email has been received, but nothing about what’s in the email.

When we’re forced to use an email form, we always include the details of when it was sent, as we have on this occasion.

An ordinary email address was used to provide this response to us – noreply@japara.com.au – indicating that it can’t be used by us in the future.

Having sent Japara an enquiry as we’ve described above, we got this response less than hours later – at 3.16 pm???!!!

And this time from an ordinary email address – Nicole.Anderson@japara.com.au – that CAN be used in the future???!!!

The world is changing!

Ramsay Health – dealing with

Ramsay Healthcare’s Australian website – www.ramsayhealth.com.au.

Typical Ramsay Healthcare stuff! As an ordinary email address for them couldn’t be found, an attempt was made to use their email form to send them this.

But even their email form couldn’t be used unless a valid phone number was provided!!!??? – see below.

And 4 attempts were made to submit the same message each including a different phone number, all in constant use and so all valid, and each time we got, “The value of the Phone Number field is not valid!!!”

As we say, typical Ramsay stuff!

It shows how desperate Ramsay are to avoid getting any emails from anyone about anything, that their email form includes software that purports to check if phone numbers that are provided are valid, (which we’ve never found anyone else to do,) – and, if that’s not enough, it appears that it doesn’t do that at all, that it’s just a deceptive trick.

Presumably it’s because they don’t have any one in their employ who’s job it is to provide responses to anybody about anything.

In more than ten years of working on liasing  with health care organisations, we have always found Ramsay to be the worst.

Why are organisations like Ramsay like this? It would seem to be all about money – they hope they can operate successfully without the expense of employing people who really provide responses to their patients’s concerns, and we, the people, often allow this to happen.

Bupa Aged Care – dealing with

Bupa’s website – Bupa Aged Care.

On Thu. 27 Jun. 2019 @ 2.40 pm, this enquiry was sent to Bupa Aged Care, using the email form on their website.

To our astonishment, this response was received within 49 minutes.

We’ve been working on interfacing with health care professionals and health care professional organisations for more than 10 years now, and to us, this email is amongst the most significant emails we’ve got in all those 10 years! Why you may ask? Because it indicates a COMPLETE change around by one of the large health care professional organisations – only a few months ago, we did SO much work in relation to an incident which was claimed to have happened in Bupa’s retirement home at Eden – it was said that one of it’s residents had to be taken to hospital because blowfly maggots were eating into his head! And we got nowhere! – either with the retirement home at Eden or Bupa’s top management. And now we get a courteous email from Bupa’s top management providing us and our readers with an ordinary email address that can be used by those who have any concerns about that sort of thing.

Of course, it’s yet to be seen how much Ms Rossi would come good on her undertaking to follow up on complaints made to her, but it’s such a promising start.

Incidentally, in relation to the blowfly maggots incident, at the same time we also found the Australian Government’s new Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission equally hopeless – a typical Government organisation, almost laughingly useless, like the NSW Health Care Complaints Commission.

Of course, we’re always saying how much we believe that responses to emails sent to them provide reliable indications as to which people and organisations are the best to deal with, and we hope that, as time allows, we can email other aged care organisations to see how their responses compare with the one we’ve got from Bupa.

Miscellaneous

Online news about Low Dose Naltrexone, the work of the LDN Research Trust and World conferences on LDN in Las Vegas in 2014, then in Florida, Portland and Glasgow, led to more and more prescribing of LDN, with over 300,000 people worldwide taking LDN in 2017. See https://ldnresearchtrust.org and https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rXB8lztHZp0

I now believe RMN transitioning to personal best doses of LDN could be as beneficial to humanity as Immunisation, Antibiotics, Antidepressants and Anti-inflammatory medications. But Naltrexone is out of patent and low priced so Big Pharma will never produce RMN/LDN. Compounded RMN/LDN capsules are hand made, which is very costly. We needed a better delivery system. So I:-

(1) Made 9 YouTube videos; see https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCsxi58ohymJvW_ZRISX5Izg. I answer questions in the comments sections under my YouTube videos.

(2) Stopped early side effects and rapid detox with micro-dose RMN; https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_OGjnOVLFrQ&t=10s

(3) Enabled people to find their personal best doseswith RMN; https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HUFymR_vXEk

(4) Helped rapid onset problems (distress, pain, urges to drink or take drugs) with pocket dispenser powder medicine dosing in seconds, anywhere, any time, whenever at risk, by rapid sublingual powder absorption route that start relief in 15 minutes.

(5) Compounding Pharmacists can fill the powder dispenser in minutes, which cuts the costs and delays of slow, labour intensive hand making of compounded capsules; see https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HUFymR_vXEk

(6) RMN is safer than freely available Tylenol/Paracetamol/Aspirin/Ibuprofen, so I’m now working to get RMN available without prescriptions in extended hour pharmacies and supermarkets so opiate, alcohol and other addicts can quit early when it’s far easier.
